Singer and comedian, Maleke is presently battling three major telecommunications companies, MTN, 9Mobile and Glo in court for unlawful use & sale of his song.
Maleke explained in an interview with HIPTV that he was waiting for the next court sitting to know the outcome of his lawsuit.
He stated that he is ready to continue seeking redress for the infringement on his copyright.
Maleke said one of the telecos has accepted their misdeed, however they are yet to issue desirable settlement.
“9mobile though they’ve agreed, but they’re still insisting some groups of company sold it to them.”
