UK Music Station, Boiler Room recently interviewed three bigwigs in the music industry DJ Jimmy Jatt, Dr Sid and Don Jazzy.
The trio had a lengthy discussion on the evolution of Nigerian music over the past two decades, Afrobeat as a genre and it’s slow acceptance into the Nigerian music scene.
The project titled ‘Gateway Series’ is in collaboration with the British Council and the Gateway Nigeria part aims to build cultural connections and create links between British and Nigerian artists.
