Kizz Daniel did not want to work with Reekado Banks. This was the reason Harrysong had to pull down and also record a new version of his song, “Selense”.

The new version of the song featured Chocolate City Record’s Dice Ailes and Iyanya.

According to a statement released by Harrysong’s manager, Desmond Ike, Kizz Daniel was unaware he and Reekado Banks would feature on the song until its release.

Ike said after Vado found out he stated that he did not want to be part of the video, in spite several efforts by Harrysong’s camp to reconcile Vado and Reeky.

He maintained that Vado had disclosed he did n’t want to be part of the song after he found that Reekado Banks was on the song.

“Daniel didn’t want to star in the video because Reekado would be in it. He said he didn’t want to have anything to do with Reekado,” Harrysong stated through his manager, Desmond Ike.

“We tried to sort out the issue between both of them so that we could shoot the video but Daniel refused vehemently; he didn’t want any reconciliation,”

Harrysong and his management explained that they were unaware of prior disagreement between Vado and Reeky until they decided to shoot a video for “Selense”.

Desmond Ike claimed Kizz Daniel petitioned iTunes to remove the song from their platform, claiming his voice was used without permission.

“Kizz Daniel even made the song to be pulled from iTunes, claiming that he did not give his consent for his voice to be used; that was how far he went. We had no choice but to look for a way out.”
