Ruggedman Bags Africa Integrity Prize Award For Integrity In Arts

Legendary Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman, has been recommended for the Integrity in Arts award. The award is part of the African Integrity Prize laureates, which is issued by the African Child Foundation.

However, the ace rapper, also known as Ruggedy Baba, still has to accept the prize. By all indications, this bridge has been crossed already.

A post by the rapper on Instagram acknowledged receipt of the letter. In the post, there was a picture of the letter which the artiste captioned:

“Honoured”. In all caps.

Ruggedy Baba is expected to be listed as part of the United Nations Volunteers For Peace In Africa (UNVPA). He would also be rated under the same category among the Africa Union (AU) member states.

“We identify with your accomplishments at setting a new agenda for Africa, best wishes for your continued success.” A part of the letter read.

Ruggedman is expected to be presented with the certificates, plaques and other entitlements after his express acceptance.
