Mr Real: “The ‘Streets’ Is My Calling”

Many Nigerian artists have trended and have also disappeared from the scene. But Mr Real is not scared for his future in the Nigerian music industry.

The Legbegbe-singer told PlanetRadioTV recently that the “street calls me”.

Mr Real explained that he had been doing songs that were once trendy, however he never broke through with those songs.

“Let me just say everything has time. Because during the time I was singing other songs (I think that was the trend then) not street songs.

“But I did “Legbegbe” ending of last year/this year. It’s not even up to three-four months and it’s heavy.”

Mr Real said after the success of his single “Legbegbe” he started to realise this was what he should have done from the beginning.

“That’s to show me that street calls me. Street is the calling.”
