Modenine has released a fresh project entitled, The Monument.
The project comes several months after the legendary rapper first teased a project entitled, This Is Lagos.
Modenine first announced The Monument via his Instagram in a series of post.
The announcement saw discussions around the rapper spring up again after a seemingly ghost period.
The new project is the rapper’s first since the release of the 2018 project, Long Story Short.
The Monument is a short project with only 8-track; all of which are produced by Stormatique.
The project does not feature any guest artist except for another industry long-timer and hip-hop purist, McSkill ThaPreacha, who appeared on the last track, “Level IX”.
Some of the tracks on the project include: “Samuel Peter”, “Your Bad”, “Lyricist Woes”, “Gheto” and “Mystery Girl”.
Other songs on the project include “Reptilian Vixens” and “Check For Me”.
