Modenine’s has released his eighth full-length project, Hence4th. The rapper, who is now based in the UK, had said he would not release any album in Nigeria after his last, Above Ground Level.

Hence4th was released only a few days after the release of his collaborative EP, Long Story Short, with Kid Konnect. The new album appears to follow similar direction as the EP preceding its release.

Henc4th is exclusively produced by Black Intelligence. However, one of the bonus songs, producer, Illgod, known for his ear for samples and adherence to boom bap, earned production credit.

The new album is 20-track of red-hot-bar long. Modenine also preferred to do it alone on Henc4th, featuring only one guest artist — Aina More — on the entire project.

Some of the tracks on the album have been previously released in Modenine’s early projects: This is how it also was in Long Story Short, the EP.

“Dominion”; “Beautiful”; “Born To Do It”; “Code Red”; “Haka Tek”; “12000 Miles (Remix)”; “Goodbye”; “Jitters”; “Legal Money”; “In My Zone”; “Rainy Day In Mars”; “Love Jones” are some of the tracks that made it to the very extensive register on Henc4th.

Henc4th runs for about 1-hour and ten minutes.
