Contrary to several social media reports going round that Kiss Daniel had won his legal battle against his former label, G-Worldwide Entertainment, the case is still in court.
A Saturday Beats report confirmed that the case was only adjourned.
G-Worldwide representative, Louisa, who spoke Saturday Beats said the reports that the label had lost the case were false.
“The report online that Kiss Daniel has won the case we have against him in court is not true; the case was adjourned till May 16, 2018.”
“The case is still ongoing. We saw the report online and everything is false. The case has only been adjourned and since it is in court.”
However, she could not comment fully on the story because the matter is still in court.
