Sound Sultan needs to give boys that elixir. He is not really stingy. So, he says he just tried to keep up with the industry dynamics.
Naija Ninja explained in an interview with Hot 98.3FM that he always tried to not tamper with his content in spite adapting to new trends.
“What I always try to do is listening to what’s obtainable out there; what’s happening; to know what’s the new thing,” Sound Sultan’s said.
“But [I] make sure I don’t get caught up in that so that it doesn’t affect my lyrical content,”
Sound Sultan noted that he always tried to bridge the gap between content and trendy sounds so that it does not affect the core of his music negatively.
The legendary singer said most times he was always searching for producers whose expertise are in the so-called new sounds.
“The foundation of your music should be based on knowing what’s new and what’s you,” he stated.
