Burna Boy who’s currently in London sat down with Factory 78’s Adesope for an interview where he addressed his ‘beef’ with Nigerian bloggers.
Using very strong expletives, he explained that he doesn’t even want anyone writing about him, rather they should focus on his music and if they don’t like it, they should listen to someone else.
He also delved into how his brand of music was influenced by his childhood as he grew up listening to his grandfather (Who was Fela Anikulapo Kuti‘s manager) playing Afro beat. Hence his style of music can be largely categorized as Afro beat.
When asked about his relationship with his mother, he claimed she is his best friend so it was only natural that he made her his manager.
