Patrick Anyaene, the owner of GoldenBoy Entertainment is threatening to sue Peruzzi for apparent breach of contract.

We reported last week that Anyaene had claimed ownership of the DMW singer, saying Peruzzi was co-owned by both GoldenBoy and DMW.

Anyaene and Davido, the owner of DMW had engaged in a mild war of words on Instablog comment section.

Patrick Anyaene has now claimed in a Punch interview that he has no issue with the DMW boss.

He said he only has issues with Peruzzi, who Patrick Anyaene said is his own artist.

“I don’t have problems with Davido; I have issues with Peruzzi, my artiste,” Patrick Anyaene said in the interview.

“All the songs Davido released since last year November are my records. They are my records because those songs were written by my artiste. Songs like Fia, Ada, Mind by DMW, Aje by DMW and other songs they might be working on now are all the property of Golden Boy Entertainment.”

Patrick Anyaene claimed he has not gotten any return on his investment on Peruzzi, in spite having signed him since 2017.

“Peruzzi has been going for shows and getting paid; I have been patient with them since November. I am unhappy because I have not been settled. As a businessman, when you invest money in an individual, you expect a return.”

The GoldenBoy Entertainment boss stated that Peruzzi was influenced by Davido to breach his contract before signing with DMW.
