Barely a week after losing one of his friends, Tagbo UmeikeDavido has lost another close associate, his official disc jockey, Gbemiga Abiodun, popularly known as “DJ Olu“.

The deceased was reportedly found dead in his car yesterday and the cause of his death was unknown as at the time of this report.

Davido announced the loss of his friend in a series of Snapchat posts while paying his respect for the deceased.

“RIP DJ Olu I love you more than you can ever imagine till we meet again.” He wrote in one of his posts.

“2 brothers gone in 4 days.” He also recalled.

The singer also expressed his grief on Instagram, saying: “Sigh, God take control”.

He also posted a video where he paid condolences to his deceased associates, Tagbo and DJ Olu, in front of thousands of show-goers in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

DJ Olu, until his death, was the son of Nigerian business man, Dapo Abiodun.

He graduated from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, last year.

Meanwhile, condolences have started pouring in for the deceased.

Renowned disc jockey, DJ Spinall, has expressed his shock over the death of his colleague, DJ Olu.

” RIP DJ OLU … Still unbelievable & unacceptable that you gone but God knows it all. Till we meet again 💔💔💔/” DJ Spinall tweeted.

He said while he could not stop the release of his new album, Dreams, due to administrative reasons, he would not carry out any promotional activity for the album for three days in honour of his deceased friend and colleague.
