DJ Spinall has released his third album, IYANU. IYANU joins Spinall’s growing discography after the release of My Story.
The project makes it Spinall’s third since 2016. The DJ has released other projects like Ten and Dreams in the past.
IYANU has only ten songs. This direction bears similarity with 2016 and 2017 albums, Ten and Dreams.
DJ Spinall’s stock has risen since the past year. His consistency has contributed to his fast-rising acclaim.
IYANU already began making waves before it even became official. The album has “Nowo”, featuring Wizkid.
The song blew earlier this year after its release. In fact, it is still receiving airplay from radio stations and DJs.
DJ Spinall also released “Baba”. The song featured Kizz Daniel. It also enjoyed massive reception.
IYANU has some of the most prominent, if not the most prominent Nigerian artists on it.
Davido, Tekno, Burna Boy, Dotman, Nonso Amadi, Ceeza, Cnatty and Wurld all appeared on the album.
Even if the album featured Sharon Nasa, the album did not feature prominent female musicians.
Some of the tracks on the project include “Stamina”, “Can’t Help Myself”, “Serious”, “Baby Girl”, “Try For You” and others.
