Cobhams Asuquo Identifies Laolu Akins As His Biggest Influence

Producer Cobhams Asuquo has revealed the biggest influence on his music production career. The multi-talented producer described the musicveteran producer, Laolu Akins, as the “man who produced some of the biggest soundtracks of my life.”

Cobhams Asuquo made this known in an Instagram post.

“It’s a real honour to be standing with him, it’s because of people like this that I became a producer.” Cobhams Asuquo wrote in the post.

Laolu Akins produced some of the popular songs released in the 1980s to 1990s. Akins has worked with musicians like Sir Shina Peters and Adewale Ayuba.
