Singer and producer, Maleek Berry had a huge night on Tuesday, June 11. The Nigerian singer performed for a global audience at the Tonight Show, hosted by Jimmy Fallon.

The performance was at the 150th episode of the NBC talk show, which is presently on its sixth season.

He appeared on The Tonight Show with fast-rising PBR&B singer, Goldlink who also released his latest album, Diaspora yesterday.

Maleek Berry expressed his delight at having performed at the talk show so much that he went to his Instagram to post a picture of the plaque he received after his performance.

The singer said his performance meant more than an individual glory.

“This one is for the culture, @FallonTonight Show!  @jimmyfallon with my brudda @GoldLink,” Berry wrote in the post.

Selena Gomez and Elaine Welteroth were some of the stars who also made an appearance on the show, too.

After the Jimmy Fallon show, Maleek Berry is backing that major accomplishment with a major release on Friday, June 14. The singer’s upcoming release is called “Flashy”, a single.

Since making a breakthrough on Wizkid’s “The Matter” in 2013, Maleek Berry has gone further to become an industry force the release of his debut EP, Last Daze of Winter.

He then followed that up with another EP, First Daze of Summer, which was released earlier this year.

Berry has hits such as “Eko Miami” and YCee’s “Juice” on which he appeared, to his name.
