Taiye Aliu, Yemi Alade ‘s manager has spoken out on the supposed rivalry between Yemi Alade and Tiwa Savage.
The singer’s manager said in a recent interview with Sunday Scoop that they are entirely focused on making music.
Taye Aliu said there is no rivalry between Alade and Savage.
“We are focused solely on music,” Aliu said.
He then went further to compare the two with Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola, both business magnates.
“We have no time for rivalry or anything of that sort. The sky is so big for everyone to fly. Do you think there is a rivalry between Femi Otedola and Aliko Dangote? Yemi Alade doesn’t consider Tiwa Savage a rival.”
The manager also added that Mama Africa would continue on her impressive 2018 run in the present year.
“The only thing is to put in more work; it is never enough. As an artiste, you will always want to have more impact on your community and the world. Right now, she is not just a Nigerian but an African ambassador too.”
