After a long wait, YCee’s debut album might be ready for release anytime soon. The album is tentatively titled “Ain’t Nobody Badder Than (ANBT), and the rapper disclosed that it was after several hours of tinkering with different names he finally settled for a name for the project.

It may appear as though it were an easy pick. However, the Tinny Entertainment star explained during a session on Rubbin’ Minds that it took him a while to come up with a name for the album.

“There’s been a lot of changes to the name, because we are trying to [put things in order].”

Ain’t Nobody Badder Than (ANBT) has been YCee’s sign on line since he made his major break in the industry 2016. It was announced on most of the tracks off his first solo EP, The Firstwave.

The rapper said at some point the upcoming album, his debut, was first named Balance, then Son Of The Alhaji (SOTA), and then Something Out Of Nothing (SOON). He said it was only recently his team settled for Ain’t Nobody Badder Than (ANBT).

The album, which is a follow-up of his collaborative EP with labelmate, Bella Alubo, doesn’t have a release date yet but will most likely not be released through Sony Music West Africa. Recall that last year, YCee had a fallout with the label, following some contractual disagreements.
