We foresee the end of the ongoing drama between Timi Dakolo and Majek Fashek‘s camp. The latter are alleging that Timi Dakolo used one of Majek’s most popular songs ‘Send Down The Rain’ without following due process.
Timi has receipts and isn’t shy about showing them. He maintains that he paid for the copyright and is baffled at the turn around being done by Majek and his representatives.
He posted pictures of the receipt issued for the payment made as well as the Copyright agreement signed by both parties. The agreement was signed on Majek’s behalf by Charles Novia of November Records which Majek was signed to when he made his come back. They have since fallen out.
