Too many artists, not enough fans.

These days, new songs come at us at 250km an hour. We know you might not always have the time to listen to all of them, so we do ajayi work and listen to as much new music as possible, on your behalf. Every month, our editors meet and pick out ten songs released within the month that we feel are among the very best and create a SoundCloud playlist.

This month had everything – from veterans MI Abaga and 2 Baba, who have the best performing single of the lot on the PlayData charts (#32), to Ghanaian rapper M.anifest who featured our very own Brymo on “Sugar”, to the upcoming but highly-rated Lady Donli.
