Rapper, Sinzu, formerly known as “Sauce Kid” would release a follow up to his debut album, African American before the end of this year, label boss, Davido has revealed.

Davido made the revelation recently in an interview with Pulse.

“I spoke to him and he was really proud of me and what I had accomplished and I was like: ‘Yo Sinzu, come to DMW, let’s run this stuff,’ he is my big brother, expect his album this year.”

Sinzu’s only album, African American was released in 2010 under the Storm Records imprint.

The rapper, who recently signed with DMW, is hoping to restart his music career again after spending time in jail.

Davido explained in the interview that efforts are ongoing to bring Sinzu back to Nigeria.

“For now, we are working on getting him back to Nigeria.”

The label boss explained the reason he signed Sinzu to his DMW label saying the rapper “has been a great friend of mine.”
