Show Dem Camp have announced “Palmwine Music Festival 2” will hold December 29. The first volume held same date last year.

One half of the group, Wale Davis aka Tec made the announcement via his Instagram today.

Show Dem Camp wrote that the series of live shows were to support their music.

“Last year, we dropped Palmwine Music Vol. I with little to no expectations,” SDC wrote.

“To support the music, we started a series of live sessions with about 150 people at Bogobiri House for the first one and after another two sessions, we have decided to have our festival.

“I remember telling Chin Okeke to estimate about 500 people. We went to work with our small, but dedicated team behind the scenes. On the day, we had over 2500 people show up and show out. This year, we do it all again with new music, new ideas and the same family.”

“Palmwine Music Festival Vol.2” will hold at the Muri Okunola Park in Lagos, same venue as the last.

The lineup for the festival is yet to be announced. However, it is expected to be as impressive as the last edition.

Last year, legendary artist, M.I. Abaga showed up. There were a host of impressive performances, too; from the OGs like Black Magic to Odunsi.
