Things are shaping up for the d-day of the 2018 edition of The Headies. The organisers of the award ceremony, Smooth Promotions, have now announced the hosts of this year’s ceremony. Seyi Shay and comedian, Bovi Ugboma would guide the audience through this year’s edition.
This year’s edition is the 12th edition and it is themed: “I Am Headies”.
A post by on the official Headies account yesterday on their Instagram page confirmed that the two would host the event.
Seyi Shay, who got four nominations in the 2016 edition of The Headies, would be hosting the show for the first time ever.
In 2016, actress and singer, Adesua Etomi and Falz, the Bahd Guy were the hosts of the event which was themed: “Think, Create, Recreate”.
The 2018 Headies would hold at the Eko Hotel & Suites next month after failing to hold at the end of last year.
