Yemi Alade is part of a group of global female artists working with French wine brand, Luc Belaire, in celebration of the 2018 International Women’s Day (IWD).

The singer, who shot into continental limelight with her hit single “Johnny”, was filmed as part of the brand’s “Self Made Tastes Better” campaign.

Alade and a hosts of global stars like the Grammy-nominated Rapsody and Trina, would appear in series of exclusive interviews with Luc Belaire CEO, Brett Berish.

This would see Alade become one of the first women to be enlisted in the campaign.

The campaign will tell the stories of both famous and upcoming“self-made artists” and influencers.

Yemi Alade would also participate in the brand’s #SelfMadeWoman social media campaign which runs throughout the month of March.

“I’ve been a fan of Belaire’s ‘Self Made Tastes Better’ series since it began, so when I was asked to be a part of the campaign and share my own success story, I had to say ‘yes’.”

The video series is expected to be released before the end of March.
