Runtown case.
Eric Many label will no longer interfere in the activities of its former artist, Runtown, a Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered.
The label had first gained a restraining order against the artist last year 2018 in earlier suits.
However, the Abuja high court has now reversed that order.
A judgement delivered by Justice O.A. Musa ordered immediate reversal of the previous order.
Eric Many was also ordered to restrain from enforcing the suspended orders of the court.
Runtown’s legal battle with Eric Many has been on since the past two years.
