Headies Next Rated Artiste, Mr Eazi may have started a new wave of the never ending Nigeria v Ghana beef with a single tweet. The artiste who has no problem riding on his popularity in the two countries stated that new Nigerian sound is greatly influenced by Ghanaian music.

There were many reactions to this, while people like Dotun of Cool FM agreed with him, a lot of Nigerians did not find his declaration in the least but humorous.
The ‘Skintight’ singer hurriedly tried to retrace his steps when he realized he might have bitten off more than he can chew. Not like Nigerians are buying it though.
