Mavin Records artist, Ladipoe has expressed gratitude to the duo of Show Dem Camp for their role in his career. The artist expressed his gratitude yesterday during his “Ladipoe Live” concert yesterday.

The concert tagged “Ladipoe Live” was the artist’s first ever headline concert.

“Ladipoe Live” held at the Upbeat Centre in Lekki Lagos yesterday, Sunday 16th of December. Poe dedicated the event to his long time fans.

The host of the event was The Beat 99.9 FM’s radio personality, Douglas Jekan.

Poe, who recently released his debut project — Talk About Poe — performed songs from his earlier works. Additionally, he did some songs off the new project.

The artist was supported by his long-time associates, Show Dem Camp (SDC) and BOJ. Both artists joined Poe during his opening sets.

Some of the songs the artists performed together include “Chardonnay Music”, “Voices” and “Feel Alright”.

The artist also performed fan favourite, “Double Homicide” along with SDC. However, this was after Poe’s return to the stage following a break.

Meanwhile, one of Poe’s associated acts, Funbi was visibly absent. He was replaced by the Johnny Drille who assisted Poe on the hit single “Adore Her”, originally done with Funbi.

Although, most of Poe’s Mavin colleagues were present on the night, it was Tiwa Savage’s appearance that won the most applause from fans. Ladipoe and Tiwa Savage would go ahead to perform their smash single, “Are You Down?”

Sir Dauda, BarelyAnyHook, Nsikak and Temss were among the supporting artists who performed at the concert.
