Akon‘s Konvict Music is definitely poaching a lot of Nigerian talents. The record label’s new signing is producer, DeeVee. The producer whose real name is Divine Austin has previously worked with big names like Snoop Dogg, Idris Elba, Big Sean and Fally Ipupa.
He was also responsible for producing D’banj’s ”Feeling The Nigga”. DeeVee’s producing style ranges from pop to techno and electronic dance music.
The deal is reported to have being in the works since last year and was signed this year but it wasn’t announced till this week when Akon visited Lagos, Nigeria.
