CEO of Kennis Music, Kenny Ogungbe has been honoured by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi as an icon of youth development.
He presented him with the award ‘Pillar of Youth’ in a ceremony marking the first year of the monarch’s reign. The king claimed to have been following Keke’s progress in a revolution which he began about 20 years ago with his partner, Dayo Adeneye (popularly called D.One). Their actions have positively impacted on the lives of youths both within and outside Nigeria hence the award.
The delighted recipient expressed his gratitude to the monarch for such recognition. He also acknowledged the Project Director of Ojaja Musical Talent Hunt Rotimi Osobemekun and Dennis Olasoji, CEO of Nuff Jamz Entertainment, the organizers of the talent show which was held in honour of the King.
He commending their vision and assured them of his commitment to a fruitful partnership to make the next edition of Ojaja Talent Hunt a huge success.
