There are indication that Kokomaster, D’banj might have dumped communications giant Glo and signed on with their rival MTN. D’banj signed an endorsement deal with Glo in 2009 which he was paid about 70 million naira for but he had a falling out with the company which led to the contract not being renewed.
He however re-signed in 2013 after meeting with the head of Glo himself, Mike Adenuga. This might be coming to an end as his new platform sponsored by the Bank Of Industry is said to be in partnership with MTN.
D’banj announced C.R.E.A.M on social media a day go. C.R.E.A.M he described as: ‘a platform of Visible hope for the creative industry where Creative contents will be found , housed , financed , nurtured , published , marketed , distributed and Sold with track-able Monitoring by Content owners without leaving their comfort zones. Supported by Bank of Industry’
The platform he said was a collaborative effort of ‘DKM and MTN’ supported by the Bank of Industry. And it only works on MTN lines. Both parties haven’t however made any official statement to this effect.
