Rapper Vector tha Viper recently sat down with DZRPT’s “Breakfast Club” to discuss a number of things including his upcoming album Lafiaji,  returning from a hiatus and his misunderstanding with YCee.

When asked whether his issues with YCee could escalate further, Vector said –

I have nothing to say about upcoming… I can’t be sitting down and vibing about something that’s irrelevant. I’ll rather talk about album work.

Blaming the media for blowing up the issue, he explained –

The anger or the piss off is when press people or media tries to make something out of nothing. When it was beef in my life at some point, every body knew. The second it happened, everybody knew. So you should know by now that if was something that was of importance, then as a rapper, I would have addressed it.

Noticeable similarities in production between YCee’s “Jagaban” and Vector’s “King Kong” is at the heart of the issue between the two. YCee compounded the issue by launching an attack at Vector on social media for some of the lyrics on “King Kong”. YCee has since denied having any issues with Vector.
