YBNL‘s latest signing, Davolee in an interview revealed his very humble beginnings. According to him, he once hawked pure water on the streets of Lagos. He also stated that his parents didn’t support his decision to become a musician as they wanted him to go to school like every Nigerian parent and make something of himself.
On his discovery by Olamide, he said:
”I post freestyles on Instagram and i tag celebrities as much as possible. Badoo bumped into my Instagram page after hearing me on the radio for a cypher session. He reached out and that was it.”
He couldn’t help but show appreciation to Olamide for his massive interest in helping him grow his career.
