The Grammy Museum in collaboration with Black Entertainment Television (BET) is set to unveil a brand new exhibit of African acts, showcasing the richness and diversity of African music.
The Exibition is titled “Sounds of Africa” and will take place this Friday 24th June 2016. The exhibition will feature past winners and nominees of both the Grammy Awards and the BET awards.
African artistes who will have their works on display include our own Tuface Idibia, Angwlique Kidjo, Salif Keita, Ice Prince, visual artiste Laolu Sebanjo among others.
The Grammy Museum celebrates and delves into the lasting legacies of all forms of music, the creative process, the art and technology of the recording process, and the history of the premier recognition of excellence in recorded music.
