D-Truce and TylerRiddim have both released their collaborative project, The Backbenchers, Vol.1. The Backbenchers, Vol.1 is D-Truce’s first project since he left X3M Music.

Truce and Tyler had first worked together on D-Truce’s first EP, Eden where Tyler appeared on a song titled “Adam’s Apple”.

The project was announced earlier this week across the artists’ social accounts.

The Backbenchers, Vol.1 is a 5-track project with vocal inputs from the duo of D-Truce and TylerRiddim.

The tracks on the project include: “Kamakura”; “In The Morning”; “Commit”; “Kolo” and; “Skechers”.

The 16-minute long project was a continuation of TylerRiddim and D-Truce’s long-term relationship.

The duo have known each other for so long, going way back from primary school.

“I have known Tyler from time, from like nursery two” D-Truce said about the collaboration which is expected to be a continuous project.

“The entire concept of the project was based off of that relationship. We went to the same primary school.

“We used to sit in the back of the class together, so naturally the name of the project is The Backbenchers.”
