Cobhams Asuquo has described the regular criticism trending music face as “unfair”.
The producer told PlanetRadio TV in a chat that trends would always be in existence.
He said musicians who do trendy music are often criticised unfairly because of the music preference of the listener.
“As human beings, we are dynamic and something is going to change and something is going to trend at one point or another,” Cobhams Asuquo said.
“So, I don’t think it’s fair to bash something because of our disposition to it,”
“I for one, I know the kind of music that I lean towards and I know that not everyone is going to lean towards the kind of music that I would lean towards.”
Asuquo also stated that trends are a phenomenon.
