2baba has come out to state his reasons on why the protest march slated for the 5th of February will go on. The video was in response to the various issues raised by people who felt he wasn’t qualified to lead such protest. He received a lot of backlash from Nigerians as well as his former band mate, Black face who branded him an ‘Illiterate’.
He mentions how he’s been involved in peace building, voter education towards peaceful election and calls on all Nigerians to join him in demanding that leaders connect with all Nigerians.
The march is also aimed at encouraging people to not give up on their dreams.
He admits that Nigeria’s problems transcends one individual and added that the march is not however an opportunity for a political party to manipulate people.
