Many weeks before YCee announced the official release date of his album, YCEE vs Zaheer, something happened. The ghost of his issue with Tinny Entertainment arose and it nearly wreaked havoc.
The artist did not actively seek that reawakening, but his decision to announce his project was like a long stick that prodded the ghost’s body.
This ghost is Tinny Entertainment releasing singles off YCee’s album, back to back, on free platforms, disstabilising the rollout process as a result.
There was a quick outburst from the artist as a result, but the two parties appeared to have settled for now.
The artist has now released the album, as scheduled. YCee vs Zaheer is a 15-track project showing the duality of YCee as both a rapper and a singer.
Omo Alhaji features Ms Banks, Niniola, Phyno, Davido, BOJ and Dapo Tuburna on the project.
Some of the tracks on the project include “It’s Amazing”, “Wahala Dey”, “bossing”, “Chocolate” and more.
