The new song creates an alternative persona for the singer as the Sugar Mommy of Lagos. She has already started to perform it at shows to her fans’ delight.
“Sugar Mommy” is at the intersection of house and street music. The song is produced by Jaysynth and Rexxie, who is known for his works on most Zanku tunes.
Teni takes full ownership of the song without having to announce herself elaborately.
“Sugar Mommy” is a catchy song with decent replay value. However, one cannot be sure of how fast the song will catch on.
