Former YBNL associate, Viktoh was allegedly brutalised by the Nigerian police force yesterday.
The incident happened around Lekki, Lagos while the singer was returning from a show.
A film of the aftermath has been circulating around the web since last night.
In of the videos, Viktoh was seen with a swollen, purple eye. He would further raise alarm condemning brutality in the video.
“Police brutality must end this night,” Viktoh said in the video.
The damage done to his left eye was visible and deeply unsettling. A crowd of eyewitnesses were seen attempting to mitigate the issue.
Others encouraged the singer to approach a police station to report the incident. Viktoh looked dazed.
An eyewitness in the video claimed the YBNL Viktoh was punched in the face by the officer whose face later shown in the video.
The singer would also confirm, “he punched me in the eye.”
Meanwhile, there appeared to be a hint of contrition on the part of the officer who was alleged to have committed the crime.
