Douglas Jack Agu aka Runtown who has been having issues with his record label has been restrained by a Federal High Court in Lagos from performing at any shows, event or even recording any song without his record label’s approval pending the determination of the suit before the court.
Runtown who is currently still signed to Eric Manny Records claims that he is being extorted and threatened by the record label. The record label on it’s part is suing him for breach of contract. Letters were exchanged by the parties before the issue finally culminated in a lawsuit.
