Minnesota Announces October 6 As “Wizkid Day”

6th of October has been declared “Wizkid Day” in the state of Minnesota in the United States.

The governor of the state, Mark Dayton announced this recently following Wizkid’s show in the state.

The singer had sold out his “Wizkid Live” concert at the Sky Way Theatre, becoming the first African artist to do so.

“Love you Minnesota, y’all forever in my heart,” Wizkid wrote.

Dayton described Wizkid as one of the most iconic international artists to ever grace the stage.

Wizkid performed songs from his extensive discography to the thrill of Minnesota fans.
