Nigerian rapper, Milli, has announced that he would be taking a break from music after losing his father yesterday.
“Last night, I watch my father die in my hands.” He wrote on his Instagram page. “It is the most painful feeling just in the world.”
Milli had in similar vein announced the death of his mother in May which he was still trying to cope with the loss.
The rapper stated that he was unsure of when next he would release new music.
“I promised y’all a lot this year. But I didn’t know there would be so much bad news. You might not hear any music from me or hear from me till next year or maybe the year after, please understand.”
