Want-away music star, Kiss Daniel has continued his legal battle with his erstwhile label G-Worldwide entertainment. The statement was issued through his legal representatives, L & A Legal Consultant and they deny that any injunction was placed on the ”Woju” star by the Federal High Court.
The lawyers claimed that the injunction was filed in secret but the court refused to grant such. The G-Worldwide team have been circulating news of an injunction preventing Kiss from performing, recording or even using the name ”Kiss Daniel” in any performance and warned the general public to beware of dealing with him while the injunction was still in effect.
