Producer, Kiddominant, has issued a public apology to the organisers of the SoundCity MVP awards organisers yesterday following his series of tweets questioning the credibility of the awards last Saturday.

The producer had taken to Twitter to express his frustration after losing the “Producer of the Year” category to YBNL producer, Young John, on Friday January 12th, 2018.

“Don’t put me in your s*** if it’s not credible!” Kiddominant had tweeted.

Last night, the producer tweeted again at the SoundCity MVP Twitter account, but this time it was an apology.

The producer also deleted the insulting tweets from his timeline.

He wrote: “I would love to use this opportunity to offer my profound apologies to the organisers of the SoundCity MVP awards festival and to my loyal fans for my angry outbursts and the bad choice  of words that I used against the MVPs festival.”

The hit producer added that his outbursts on Twitter did not reflect his true personality and that he had learned from the whole incident.

“Those words do not reflect my true personality and I am deeply sorry and I hope and pray that my fans and the entire management of Consolidated Media Associates, the organisers of the SoundCity MVP would accept my apologies. We live and we learn.”

Meanwhile, SoundCity MVP Twitter account has acknowledged the producers apology by responding to his tweet.

Kiddominant produced Davido’s hit single, “If”, and Mayorkun’s “Mama” and “Che Che” all of which faired well in 2017, the year of the award in review.
