Mavin Records artist, Johnny Drille, has said that the music industry has been receptive of his style of music.
The soul singer made this statement in a recent interview.
Drille said while he was preparing to first make his entrance into the industry it was already saturated by pop music artists.
He said in spite of the saturation of the music industry he was not going to balk at the chance of doing what he wanted.
“I tried to find my place in a very pop saturated industry. The industry was kind to me. There was no pleasure really. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to change for anything.”
The talented crooner further added that to be noticed in the industry it was necessary for him to bring something different from what was obtainable in the industry.
“It’s a very saturated music industry here. I had to find my own spot to stand out and get noticed easier.”
