Rapper Ycee has distanced himself from a new song released by upcoming singer Innoweeny.
The song titled “Come my way” was released this week and Ycee is listed as a guest artist. The Jagaban rapper however, never cleared his vocals on the song and claims that he doesn’t even know Innoweeny.

Popito is a music producer who Inoweeny claims to have paid to have Ycee featured on the song. Innoweeny alleges that he paid for a track with Ycee’s vocals on it and says he has no problems meeting his featured guest for the first time when they fix a date for the video shoot. The upcoming singer insists that it is the way he normally conducts business. However, the Popito he mentioned on Twitter has disassociated himself from the entire transaction.
Inoweeny is still promoting the song across his social media platforms, no word on whether he’s done the “right thing”. Sounds like someone just got played and I don’t mean the music.
