This brings about a lot of issues as Phyno‘s version was released last year and is on his ”Playmaker” album.
DeCarlo further revealed that he actually wrote the demo and pitched it to many artists which explains the Phyno angle.

Phyno gained access to the song with the help of a Nigerian producer named Benjamz, who refixed it before the eventual release.
Phyno firmly maintains that due process was followed in the process leading up to him releasing the song. By implication, Phyno is in the wrong for this and whether legal issues will arise from this is yet to be seen.
