In what looks like the most strategic collaboration between high fashion and music in Nigeria in a while, Davido and Orange Culture’s Adebayo Oke-Lawal have launched a new collection capsule.
The launch party held in London, United Kingdom, yesterday after an announcement of the partnership last week.
The event saw the launch of the Davido x Orange Culture Selfridges capsule collection inspired by Davido’s hit song, “If”.
The collection includes: t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other fashion items that are now available for purchase.
Reacting to the capsule launch, Davido said: ,”We did it for Africa.
The collection was facilitated by Orange Culture and Style House Files, the agency behind the Lagos Fashion and Design Week.
The collection is available for purchase exclusively at Selfridges.
