Davido has cancelled the remainder of his “Locked Up” tour due to his involvement in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
The singer who reported to the Lagos camp for the scheme a few weeks back travelled to the US a few days after.
A few section said his trip to the US was a mockery of the scheme.
Davido wrote on Instagram late yesterday that the cancelled tour will be rescheduled in due time.
“Davido and his team are working hard to reschedule all dates, plus add new dates in the near future,” a statement on the singer’s Instagram confirmed.
The NYSC scheme is a mandatory one year scheme for every Nigerian graduates. It includes camping activities and others.
