The longest marathon club DJ-ing world record is held by a DJ from Poland, Norbert Selmaj aka DJ Norberto Loco. He spinned the wheels of stainless steel for 200 hours straight at The Underground Temple Bar in Dublin, Ireland from Wednesday, 19th November to Thursday, 27th November 2014. This is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Now a Nigerian will attempt to break that record. He is Obi Ajuonoma, also known as DJ Obi. DJ is the official DJ to Lynxxx.
He is intent on crushing and eating the Polish record!

Hopefully he has made arrangements for alternative power sources, UPSes and other gizmo that will keep the lights on the turntables on. We don’t want what happened to the man from Poland while attempting his record breaking feat to happen again.
This attempt at breaking the world record kicks off at 10 pm tonight.
