Burna Boy: I Worked On 5 Songs For Drake’s “More Life” Album

As Burna Boy prepares for the release of his third studio album Outside tomorrow , details of how his working relationship with Drake are emerging.

According to a Pulse Nigeria report, Burna Boy and Drake had done five songs together but the Canadian had backpedaled on the plans to put the work on his album, “More Life”.

“I worked on 5 new songs for the project, and submitted them all,”Burna Boy said.

Burnaranking explained that after submitting the singles to Drake’s team he was assured that one of the songs titled “More Life” would be included in the album.

He would later find that Drake’s album would be eponymously named “More Life” instead, and his contribution reduced to an uncredited feature on “Get It Together,” which features Black Coffee and Jorja Smith.

According to Burna Boy: “They told me they had picked it, but when the song came out it was… chopped.”
